Indulge in a rich, creamy Chocolate Tofu Mousse infused with KAILO Sleep Well for a decadent treat that also helps you relax and unwind. The perfect blend of taste and wellness, this dessert is a delicious way to end your day on a soothing note.

Ingredients:

  • 300g silken tofu
  • 100g vegan dark chocolate (80-90%)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp KAILO Sleep Well
  • Pinch of salt

How to Make It

1. Melt the Chocolate
Start by breaking the dark chocolate into smaller pieces. Melt it using your preferred method—either in a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

2. Prepare the Tofu
Drain the silken tofu and gently pat it dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.

3. Combine Ingredients
In a blender or food processor, add the tofu along with the melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract, KAILO Sleep Well, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is silky and well combined.

4. Chill
Pour the mousse into individual serving glasses, jars, or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mousse to set properly.

5. Serve
Once chilled, serve the mousse as is or garnish with fresh berries, coconut flakes, shredded dark chocolate, or a sprinkle of cacao nibs for added texture and flavour.
