- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup flaked almonds
- ⅓ cup coconut flakes
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries

- 1 pear, peeled (keep the stem on for presentation)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cardamom pod, lightly crushed
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 2 cups of your favourite yoghurt

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to coat evenly. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking tray in an even layer. -
